Risk Assessment- Michael's Dad's House

We are off out to Michael's Dad's house to film some bedrooms scenes. The risks that may occur are:

• The camera being dropped 2/10 Be carful when handling the camera.
• The tripod being bent 1/10 Make sure it is used in the appropriate way.
• Tripping over camera wires 4/10 Make sure before we begin to all wires are tucked out of the way.
• Traveling by car 3/10 Drive safe.
